About Us

Welcome to NUDAWEAR

NUDAWEAR began with a plain observation: the clothes worn closest to the skin are the ones judged least carefully. They are bought in multiples, worn constantly, and chosen almost without thought.

We think that is backwards. What sits against the body all day should be the best-made thing you own, not the cheapest.

Made of what it says it is

We work in plain materials and let them do the talking. Long-staple cotton jersey. Bamboo viscose. Fine merino and cashmere. Mulberry silk. Washed linen.

Nothing carries a logo, a slogan or a graphic. A well-cut garment does not need a word printed on it to be recognised.

Sourced, not styled

Every piece is a real garment from a real maker before it is a photograph. We list the true fibre, the true size run and only the colours you can actually buy. If a listing says merino, it is merino. If it says a set of three, three things arrive.

Where a supplier's description and the actual garment disagree, we correct the listing or we do not sell it.

Kept, not replaced

Good cloth improves. Cotton softens, merino settles, silk takes on the shape of the person wearing it. We would rather sell you one piece you keep for a decade than four you replace each year.

Organised the way a wardrobe is

The catalogue is arranged the way you actually dress: Ready-to-Wear, Swim & Beach, Intimates & Salon, Lounge & Sleep and Sport.

Start with what you wear most.
